The Council for American Private Education had selected Transfiguration Academy to be eligible for consideration based upon students’ excellent 2017 Terra Nova Assessment scores. Their results placed Transfiguration Academy in the top 15% of all schools, public and private, in the nation. The National Blue Ribbon program is a widely recognized symbol of exemplary teaching and learning.

Future Cities Competition

The Annual National Engineers Week Foundation's Future City Competition, for 6-8th grad students, is a program of the National Engineers Week Foundation.

Each year, over 240 New Jersey students, from both parochial and public schools, enter over 150 future cities for judging.  Teams are judged on four separate projects over a 5-month period: two research essays, computer designed simulated city, the actual working model of the city, oral presentations and Q&A session with engineers from the American Society of Civil Engineers and private engineering firms.

Transfiguration Academy has entered this competition since its inception and have placed in the top 10 for 4 consecutive years.
